Suddenly, your on-board computer warns you of an imminent attack by small alien fighters and heavily armed alien cruisers. Your objective is to eliminate the fighters with your laser and outmaneuver the cruisers with accurate fire. Failure to do so can result in deadly collisions or devastating attacks on your ship.
The game features seven different alien craft, each with its own unique wave of attack. You'll also face challenging flights through refueling tunnels and asteroid belts that require skillful flying to navigate. To add to the excitement, the game incorporates synthesized speech to warn you of approaching alien craft or when it's time to refuel.
With three different lift speeds and increasing difficulty levels, Retro Parsec offers a challenging and thrilling gameplay experience. Whether you choose to use on-screen controls or an MFI certified Bluetooth controller, you'll have full control of your ship's movements. The A button fires the laser, while the B button alters the lift speed.
As you progress through the game, you'll earn points for destroying alien craft, with bonus points awarded for successfully navigating asteroid belts and refueling. Additionally, extra ships are awarded at certain score levels, keeping the excitement levels high.
